The MyHyundai app works with Android phones on OS 12 and up, iPhones running iOS 13.6 and up, and Apple Watches with watchOS 2.0 or up. For the most stable connection, though, you should be on iOS 14 or higher or Android 8.0 or higher; older devices might cause the connection to drop. You also need a cell signal to be able to use remote features.
